Anyone 18 years or older may enroll. American Institute of Presence and Visibility (AIPV) welcomes participants from all nations, industries, and backgrounds who are ready for a meaningful shift in their personal and professional identity and vocation.

Q2. I want to attend from outside the United States. Do I need TOEFL or IELTS?

No. AIPV does not require TOEFL, IELTS, or any English-language exam. If you need translation into your native language, our team will arrange support and provide your translations printed ins your language. . Please indicate this on your Enrollment Form.

Q3. Do I need experience or a certain educational background to attend?

No. AIPV welcomes individuals at every stage — from beginners to leaders of institutions, cities, movements, and creative industries. The only requirement is the desire to learn and grow.

Q4. What if I am an established or accomplished professional?

AIPV offers a rare environment for leaders seeking renewal. Many public figures, senior professionals, spiritual leaders, and creative innovators join AIPV to reconnect with their deeper purpose, refine their presence, and enter a new level of clarity and impact.

Q6. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. You will receive an official AIPV Certification of Completion at the end of your program.

Q7. Does the certificate count toward a university degree?

No. AIPV programs are elite professional-development experiences and do not provide academic credit.

Q8. What happens after the program ends?

You will receive your certification at the Certification Ceremony and remain connected through updates, invitations, and optional continuing opportunities.

Q9. How are AIPV programs delivered?

All AIPV programs are delivered in person only. We believe real human presence creates deeper learning, stronger connection, and more lasting transformation.

Q10. What is the daily schedule like?

You will receive the full schedule after enrollment is confirmed. Each day includes learning sessions, small-group practice, reflection time, guided activities, and short breaks.

Q11. What language are the programs taught in?

Programs are taught in English. Participants who need translation will be supported in their native language. Please state this need in your Enrollment Form.

Q12. What essential items must I bring for training?

Participants enrolled in The Kinetic Practice or The Valuation Calibration must bring:
A smartphone or digital camera
At least 25 GB of free storage
A fully charged battery and a charger or power bank

Q13. What if I need to be on a video call for work or school?

AIPV training spaces do not allow phone calls, video calls, or message alerts. If your device makes a sound, you will be asked to leave. Please plan all calls during official breaks.

Q14. Does AIPV provide accommodation?

No. Participants are encouraged to choose accommodation that fits their budget and comfort level so they can rest well and enjoy New York City or Orlando during their certification program.

Q15. I need frequent bathroom breaks or medication breaks. Will I be supported?

Yes. AIPV provides two short breaks in each 1-hour session and four 10-minute breaks during 3-hour practicums. You may step out quietly when needed.

Q16. What if this is my first visit to the United States?

AIPV will provide guidance on hotels, transportation, safety, neighborhoods, packing, and basic city navigation. You will also receive one 15-minute support call and one email reply each week.

Q17. Do I need a visa to attend?

Yes. You will need a B1/B2 visitor visa. Because AIPV is a professional-development program, a student visa is not required.

Q18. Is there a group discount?

Yes. When two or more people enroll together, a 20% group discount is automatically applied.

Q19. How do I enroll?

You may enroll through the Enrollment Form on the AIPV website. After submitting your form, you will receive payment instructions and a confirmation message.

Q20. What payment methods are accepted?

AIPV accepts credit or debit cards and wire transfers. We do not accept Cash.

Q21. Do you offer refunds or transfers?

No refunds are offered. However, you may be given a place in the next available program if seats are open.

Q22. Is there a dress code to attend the American Institute of Presence and Visibility?

Yes:
Opening-Night Banquet: Formal or semi-formal
Daily Sessions: Clothing that helps you feel confident and comfortable
Certification Ceremony: Smart, polished outfit

Q23. Can I bring a guest to the Certification Ceremony?

Yes. Each participant may bring one guest. After the ceremony, you will have an opportunity to walk through New York City and capture meaningful personal moments near well-known landmarks, or in the case of Orlando, spend time at its attractions, creating memories and having fun.

Q24. Will I be allowed to take pictures?

Yes, with rules:
You may photograph speakers and group leaders without asking.
You may photograph participants only with their permission.
Your device must have flash off.
Your device must be in airplane mode with Wi-Fi, mobile data, and sound turned off.
Some sessions may have no photography.

Q25. Can I speak about the Summit or Courses on social media?

Yes. You may share your experience while respecting participant privacy.
